Cognos Programmer-Analyst
Work with business users to gather business requirements. Design and develop reports according to the customer requirements. Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve issues regarding performance and data retrieval. Participate in the needs analysis and develop Cognos reports using Cognos Report Studio. Define and document technical requirements. Understand the existing model and change it according to the requirements. Publish packages using Framework Manager. Use Cognos SDK knowledge to customize Cognos functionalities. Transfer knowledge and train business users on Cognos Reports.Requires:

IT Manager (Database Design Analyst)
Plan and coordinate the development & deployment of code changes in Oracle E-business system. Plan & coordinate integration of database systems & implementations. Plan & coordinate daily production support activities of development teams / groups. Design & implement Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) ANSI x12 transaction maps (810, 850, 855, 856, 860, 820, 824, 270 & 271). Monitor & resolve critical production issues in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) communications & processing. Design, implement & monitor Oracle image processing. Design and implement custom solutions for Oracle e-Business Suite and its plug-ins. Design and implement custom scheduling solutions for Oracle e-Business Suite for daily processing needs. Implement, manage and monitor version controlling of code changes of Oracle e-business custom solutions. Design logical and physical data bases and coordinates data base development as part of project team, applying knowledge of data base design standards and data base management system: Review project request describing data base user needs. Determine if project requires creating series of new programs or modifying existing programs that access data stored in data bases. Attend specification meetings with project team to determine scope and limitations of project. Review workflow chart developed by Programmers/Developers to understand tasks the proposed system will perform. Perform code review (database procedures/packages) for change management of data base. Determine and enter changes to data dictionary descriptions, including type, structure, and intended use of data within system. On need analyze and develop data conversion and migration routines for inter-database data migration between non-similar database systems.
Requires:
Masters + 3 or Bachelors degree in Electronics Engineering + 5 years experience that must have included systems administration on Windows NT & Cisco platforms. Must possess skills in handling major turnkey projects in both software and hardware (with focus on network and database solutions) and have background in design, development, implementation and customization of Oracle Applications ERP suites 10.7/11.0.3/11i 3 /11i10 to R12.1.1 and EDI solutions. Quality Assurance Analyst
Review and analyze business requirements and functional and technical design documents. Prepare test scenarios, test plans and test cases using those documents. Develop automation scripts; perform system, integration, regression, data base and UAT testing to verify the application developed meets user requirements. Conduct meetings with project team to resolve the issues and complete tasks according to schedule. Maintain records of test progress. Track bugs/defects for problem resolution; Use defect-tracking tool to analyze, and report application defects and enhancements Work with multiple database interfaces and be familiar with standard web architectures. Train and mentor other staff in testing methodology and the software development. Assist in implementation of QA standards and continual improvement activities. Analyze product documentation to plan for the best testing approach that will ensure system requirements are met in a quality manner.

Database Analyst & Administrator
Install, configure and upgrade Oracle server software and related products. Evaluate Oracle features and Oracle related products. Monitor and administer all database objects, including tables, clusters, indexes, views, sequences, packages and procedures. Assist with impact analysis of any changes made to the database objects. Document and present all the activities, problems encountered and resolutions for the team members. Documentation of database and application server environment setup and configuration details. Perform database re-organizations as required to assist performance and ensure maximum uptime of the database. Put standards in place to ensure that all application design and code is produced with proper integrity, security and performance. Move database schema changes to staging or production sites. Plan and implement backup and recovery of the Oracle database. Assist software developers to deploy, develop and enhance applications. Design the physical and logical structure of the database to achieve maximum optimization and availability. Perform day to day DBA activities such as monitoring the physical and logical database structure, managing users, roles, privileges and resources. Work as part of a team and provide 24/7 support when required. Interface with Oracle Corporation for technical support.

Sr. Lead Quality Analyst
Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, technical specifications and system requirement specification. Perform build verification, GUI testing, functional testing, regression testing, disaster recovery testing, integration testing, system testing, performance testing, load/stress testing, security testing, and user acceptance testing. Oracle Applications Technical Consultant
Design, build & maintain conversions and interfaces for Oracle eBusiness suite modules GL, AP and IE modules (to bring legacy data into Oracle Applications). Design and build RTF templates and XML’s for custom and complex reports in various modules like AP, PO and GL by using XML/BI publisher. Work on OBIEE Administration for designing the OBIEE reports.
