Development Planning
Radiant employees work collaboratively with their managers to create individual development plans. These plans include development goals or objectives, actions to be taken and target dates for completion of these actions. Radiant managers regularly review these plans with employees to monitor progress and make necessary changes.
Job Assignments
At Radiant we realize that employees learn effectively and efficiently through on-the-job experiences. That's why we encourage employees to take on assignments that will enhance or build new skill sets through exposure to other areas within the Radiant offered technologies or services.
Coaching
Your Radiant manager will work to engage you in your work and provide you with the guidance and direction that will help you perform efficiently and effectively in your role.
Mentoring
At Radiant, we encourage mentoring as a means to help employees achieve career goals.
Formal Training
Radiant offers a multitude of training options focusing on building the skills required to be successful on the job. The formal training may take place in a classroom or through Web-based training, or various other mediums. |
